1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order leaves our local UK network.
2. Delivery Estimates and Rates
We offer reliable shipping directly through our domestic UK supplier and courier network (including services such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD).

Standard Shipping: 2 to 3 business days (Total delivery time: 3 to 5 business days from order placement).

Shipping Rates: Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Delivery Address and Po Boxes
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. MAP-STORE cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Please note that our couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to the size and nature of the equipment.
4. Shipment Delays
While we work closely with our local UK partners to meet all delivery estimates, occasional courier delays may occur during peak seasons. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
