To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at @map-store.shop with your order number.

 

 

2. Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the product arrived damaged or faulty. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

3. Refunds and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our local network, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

 

 

4. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your equipment arrives damaged or is found to be faulty upon inspection, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery costs incurred.
